Billy is also reading/launchingThe City Itself at the SoundEye Festival in Cork, Ireland July 6 – 9. Founded in 1997, SoundEye is an annual festival of poetry dedicated to the exploration of innovative writing. With a focus on the legacies of modernism, translation, and the relationship between writing, performance and the visual arts, the festival features a range of Irish and international readers.
